Elvin Əzizbəyov

Elvin Əzizbəyov 8 avqust 1975-ci ildə Gürcüstan Respublikasında, anadan olmuşdur. 1981–1992-ci ildə orta məktəbdə təhsil almışdır.

1992-ci ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Mexanika-riyaziyyat fakültəsinə daxil olmuş, 1997-ci ildə riyaziyyatçı, riyaziyyat müəllimi ixtisası üzrə ali təhsil alaraq universiteti bitirmişdir. 2004–2005-ci illərdə Azərbaycan Respublikası Silahlı Qüvvələrində zabit kimi həqiqi hərbi xidmət keçmişdir.

1997–2000-ci illərdə Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Mexanika-riyaziyyat fakültəsinin əyani aspiranturasında təhsil almışdır. 2004-cü ildə "Bir sinif dördüncü tərtib yarımxətti psevdohiperbolik tənliklər üçün bir öz-özünə qoşma olmayan birölçülü qarışıq məsələnin tədqiqi" mövzusunda dissertasiya müdafiə edərək Fəlsəfə doktoru (fizika-riyaziyyat elmləri namizədi) alimlik dərəcəsini almışdır.

2024-cü ildə "Müəyyən sinif xüsusi törəməli diferensial tənliklər üçün qeyri-lokal şərtli tərs sərhəd məsələləri" mövzusunda doktorluq dissertasiyası müdafiə edərək Riyaziyyat elmləri doktoru elmi adını almışdır.^[1]

1997–2004-cü illərdə BDU-nun Mexanika-riyaziyyat fakültəsində müxtəlif fənlər üzrə saathesabı dərslər aparmışdır. 2007–2020-ci illərdə BDU-nun Mexanika-riyaziyyat fakültəsində laboratoriya müdiri, müəllim, baş müəllim və dosent vəzifələrində çalışmışdır.^[2] 2020–2023-cü illərdə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Dövlət İdarəçilik Akademiyasının İntellektual sistemlərin idarə olunması kafedrasının müdiri olmuşdur. 2023–2025-ci illərdə həmin akademiyada Elm və beynəlxalq əlaqələr şöbəsinin müdiri vəzifəsində çalışmışdır.^[3] 6 may 2025-ci il tarixindən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Dövlət İdarəçilik Akademiyasının Elm və beynəlxalq əlaqələr üzrə prorektoru vəzifəsində çalışır.^[4]
