Corco Aqamben (it. Giorgio Agamben [ˈdʒordʒo aˈɡamben]; 22 aprel 1942[1][2][…], Roma) — siyasi nəzəriyyə, ontologiya, estetika və ədəbiyyatı əhatə edən italyan filosofudur. O, suverenlik, hüquqi hakimiyyət və özünün "çılpaq həyat" adlandırdığı şey arasındakı əlaqəni araşdıran "istisna vəziyyəti"[5] və "homo sacer" anlayışlarını inkişaf etdirməsi ilə tanınır. Onun yazıları Aristotel, Roma hüququ, Xristian ilahiyyatı, Martin Haydegger, Valter Benyamin, Lüdviq Vitgenşteyn, Müqəddəs Avqustin və Karl Şmitt kimi mənbələrə əsaslanır və Mişel Fukonun biosiyasət və biogüc haqqındakı şərhinə tənqidi yanaşır. Agambenin çoxcildli Homo Sacer layihəsi siyasi fəlsəfə, hüquqşünaslıq, antropologiya və humanitar elmlər sahəsində geniş müzakirə olunub və o, müasir qitə fəlsəfəsinin ən nüfuzlu yazıçılarından biri hesab olunur.[6][7]

Agamben prefers using this term as it underlines the structure of ex-ception, which is simultaneously of inclusion and exclusion.
