Sizə bir neçə dəfə müraciət etmişəm silinmiş Fərqanə Abdullayeva səhifəsinin bərpası ilə əlaqədar. Sizin tərəfdən heç bir reaksiya görmədim. Sonuncu dəfə bildirirəm ki, əgər bu dəfə də mənim səhifəmin bərpası ilə bağlı heç bir tədbir görməsəniz, sizinlə lazımi tədbirlərin görülməsi ilə bağlı müvafiq orqanlara müraciət edəcəm.

Bu gün Bakının erməni-daşnak və rus-bolşevik dəstələrindən azad olunmasının 100 illik yubileyidir. Bu tarixi hadisəyə azərbaycanca olan vikipediya da öz töhvəsini verməli idi. Ancaq diqqət etdim ki, ana səhifəmizdə bununla bağlı həftənin seçilmiş məqaləsi yoxdur, oranı Cek Sərçə məqaləsi tutub. Salam mən səhifələrə baxarkən təsadüfən bu səhifədə qayda pozuntusuna rast gəldim. Qeydiyyatdan keçməmiş istifadəçinin etdiyi redakte mənə elə gəlir ki vandalizmdən fərqli bir şey deyil. Bunu da qeyd edim ki, bu istifadəçi bir dəfə Nicat49 tərəfindən bloklanıb. İdarəçilərin bu barədə tədbir görməsini istərdim. Redakteni isə geri qaytarıram. Below is background information about Section translation, why we have chosen your community, and how to test it.

Background information

Content Translation has been a successful tool for editors to create content in their language. More than one million articles have been created across all languages since the tool was released in 2015. The Wikimedia Foundation Language team has improved the translation experience further with the Section Translation. The WMF Language team enabled the early version of the tool in February in Bengali Wikipedia and we have enabled it in five other languages.. Through their feedback, the tool was improved and ready for your community to test and help us with feedback to make it better.

extends the capabilities of Content Translation to support mobile devices. On mobile, the tool will:

• Guide you to translate one section at a time in order to expand existing articles or create new ones.
• Make it easy to transfer knowledge across languages anytime from your mobile device.
  

Azerbaijani Wikipedia seems an ideal candidate to enjoy this new tool since data shows significant mobile editing activity.

We plan to enable the tool on Azerbaijani Wikipedia in the coming weeks. After it is enabled, we’ll monitor the content created with the tool and process all the feedback. In any case, feel free to raise any concerns or questions you may already have in any of the following formats:

Try the tool

Before the enablement, you can try the current implementation of the tool in our testing instance. Once it is enabled on Azerbaijani Wikipedia, you’ll have access to https://az.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation with your mobile device. You can select an article to translate, and machine translation will be provided as a starting point for editors to improve.

Hello Azerbaijani Wikipedians!

The WMF Language team is pleased to let you know that the Section Translation tool is now enabled in Azerbaijani Wikipedia. It means you can translate real content one section at a time using your mobile devices with ease.

Now you can also start translating an article on your mobile device when you notice it is missing in Azerbaijani. From a Wikipedia article in any language, switch languages and search for Azerbaijani. If the article does not exist, an option to translate it will appear, as shown in the image below.

We have enabled this tool in your Wikipedia after communicating our intentions to enable it and there was no objections. This tool will be useful for your community since data shows significant mobile device activity in Azerbaijani Wikipedia.

Content created with the tool will be marked with the “sectiontranslation” tag for the community to review. We’ll monitor the content created, but we are very interested in hearing about your experience using the tool and reviewing the content created with it.

So, enjoy the tool and provide feedback on improving it.
