Son istifadəçi - Haqqinda Melumat

Son istifadəçi – hazırlanmış məhsulu istifadə edən və ya istifadə etməsi gözlənilən şəxs. Son istifadəçi , sistem administratorları, verilənlər bazası administratorları,informasiya texnologiyaları (İT) mütəxəssisləri, proqram təminatı mütəxəssisləri və kompüter texnikləri kimi məhsulu idarə edən istifadəçilərdən fərqlidir. Son istifadəçilər ümumiyyətlə tərtibatçıların sahib olduğu texniki biliyə və ya məhsul tərtib etmə bacarıqlarına sahib deyil. Bu daha sonra müştəri məmnuniyyətinin azalmasına səbəb olur. İT sahəsində son istifadəçilər "müştəri" demək deyil, müştərinin işçiləri deməkdir. Məsələn, böyük bir pərakəndə şirkət işçilərinin istifadə etməsi üçün hansısa proqram paketini alırsa həmin şirkət paketi alan "müştəri" olsa da, son istifadəçilər proqramı istifadə edəcək şirkət işçiləridir.

Bəzi Amerika məhsulları və müdafiə ilə əlaqəli məlumatlar və -a uyğun olaraq ABŞ hökumətindən ixrac icazəsi tələb edir. İxrac lisenziyasını əldə etmək üçün ixracatçı son istifadəçi sertifikatını almaq üçün həm son istifadəçini, həm də son istifadəni göstərməlidir. EULA-da son istifadəçi proqramı quraşdıran VAR-dan (ing. value-added reseller) və ya proqramı satın alan və idarə edən təşkilatdan fərqlənir. İngiltərədə son istifadəçi öhdəlikləri (EUU) bəyannamələrində göstərilən məhsul lisenziyalarını müşayiət edən sənədlər mövcuddur.
