Skaniya və ya Skoneland (isv. Skåneland, Skånelandskapen; lat. Terra Scania, Terra Scaniae; dan. Skånelandene) — İsveçin cənubunda tarixi vilayət. Danimarkanın keçmiş üç vilayəti olan , və ibarətdir. 1658-ci ilə qədər Şərq vilayətləri adı altında Danimarkanın tərkibində olmuşdur.
