Rusif Hüseynov

Rusif Şakir oğlu Hüseynov (24 avqust 1987, Sahil) — Azərbaycan araşdırmaçısı, siyasi eksperti. O, Topçubaşov Mərkəzinin həmtəsisçisi və direktoru, eləcə də "The Politicon" onlayn siyasi jurnalının həmtəsisçisi və baş redaktorudur. Əsas maraqları post-sovet ölkələrində ictimai-siyasi proseslər, dondurulmuş münaqişələr, etnik azlıqlar olub, tədqiqat regionları isə əsasən Şərqi Avropa, Orta Şərq, Qafqaz və Mərkəzi Asiyanı əhatə edir.

Həyatı və fəaliyyəti

Rusif Hüseynov 24 avqust 1987-ci ildə Azərbaycan SSR-nin Qaradağ rayonu ərazisində yerləşən Sahil qəsəbəsi də anadan olmuşdur. O, həmin qəsəbənin 228 saylı orta məktəbində təhsil almış, 2004-cü ildə oradan məzun olmuşdur. Hüseynov həmin il Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin beynəlxalq münasibətlər ixtisasına prezident təqaüdü ilə qəbul olmuş, 2008-ci ildə oradan bakalavr dərəcəsi ilə məzun olmuşdur. O, magistr dərəcəsini Tartu Universitetinin Yohan Şütte Siyasət Araşdırmaları İnstitutundan almışdır.

Hüseynov 2018-ci ilin aprel ayında Murad Muradov ilə birlikdəTopçubaşov Mərkəzini təsis etmişdir. Mərkəz Bakı şəhərində fəaliyyət göstərən Regional Araşdırmalar İctimai Birliyi daxilində fəaliyyət göstərir.
