@White Demon, @Gadir, First of all Sorry to say in English (You're free to translate it into your language). You shouldn't refer the user to OTRS in this regard. The user mailed VRT, claiming the article was about himself and asking for it to be deleted outright. I guided him on how to negotiate with the local community to delete an article. But the user responded that they couldn't do so. Meanwhile, while browsing the article, I found messages here that the local community referred the user to OTRS instead of giving instructions on deletion request process. Please try to resolve the matter by discussing within your community or by informing the user of your local deletion policy, you can also ask them to open an AFD discussion, otherwise I will be bring the matter to m:GRFC. Dear @Tanbiruzzaman, the article isn't about himself, it is about a volleyballer whom he knows. He claims that the volleyballer wants the article to be deleted. When I asked why she wants deletion of the article about herself, he didn't answer. He presented the article to AFD, but request was reverted by a user due he didn't present any argument. @Tanbiruzzaman, the user can't to open an AFD discussion, because blocked by me. He is threatening me and another user with lawsuit if we don't delete the article. I even had to deactivate my Instagram and FB accounts because of this. He has found my social media accounts and is trying to threaten me with a lawsuit with different accounts. So he was blocked by me per Blocking policy ("İstifadəçi digər istifadəçini məhkəmə və ya digər fiziki şəxs ilə hədələyərsə" - "If the user threatens another user with a lawsuit or other individual"). Meanwhile I didn’t noticed any photographs here, but could you please review the article and add some references and remove unreferenced personal Biographical information about the living person?
