Original publication: it is believed to be shot and published in 1918 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Везиров Мир-Гасан Сеим-Кязим Оглы – активный участник борьбы за Советскую власть в Азербайджане. В 1908 году он поступил в Новочеркасский политехнический институт, принимал участие в студенческом революционном движении. Подвергался преследованиям царского правительства. С 1917 года член Исполкома Бакинского Совета, Народный комиссар земледелия Бакинской коммуны (1918 г.). В мае 1918 г. заместитель председателя Исполкома Совета крестьянских депутатов Бакинского уезда. Расстрелян эсерами и английскими интервентами в числе 26 бакинских комиссаров.
