İzah Tadeusz Romer, Polish diplomat,the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Japan till 1940, later to SU ( till 1943), Minister of Foreign Affairs of RP. As a Polish diplomat in Japan he have helped to rescue a lot of Jews from Poland. See Chiune Sugihara
