This file is in the public domain because Publishing during the socialist period, prior to copyright legislation. Book carries no (c) mark. PPSH/PLA is dissolved, there is no legal inheritor of its property. {{PD-Albania-exempt}} provides that insignia of state organs are exempt from copyright, albeit PLA was theoretically not a state organ, it might be treated as such for legal matters today. Article 3 of Albania's 1976 Constitution identified the Party as the "leading political force of the state and of the society."
