English: The geometrical rules for the construction of the national coat of arms of the Republic of Slovenia. The designer has described the coat of arms as a cosmogram, which creates an energetic field protecting the country and stimulating its inner potentials.
The text reads: "The geometrical rule for the construction of the coat of arms. [Followed by the image] The three-dimensional depiction of the coat of arms is separated into the upper concave and the lower convex part. Between the two, there is a soft transition running diagonally from the left and the right side on the external side of the geometrical shape of Mt. Triglav. Also with the three-dimensional version, the graphical lines of the coat of arms are determined by the "Geometrical rule for the construction of the coat of arms."
Slovenščina: Geometrijsko pravilo za oblikovanje državnega grba Republike Slovenije. Oblikovalec je grb opisal kot kozmogram, ki ustvarja energetsko polje, ki varuje državo in spodbuja njene notranje potenciale.

In its purpose these works do not differ from official texts, therefore it should be regarded that they are exempt of copyright law too.29"
