Arthaşastra (sanskr. अर्थशास्त्रम्, ArthaśāstraIAST) — imperator baş məsləhətçisi Kautilia tərəfindən yazılmış qədim Hindistan siyasi və iqtisadi traktatı.

Etimologiya
Əsərin adı müxtəlif yollarla tərcümə oluna bilər. Bu, iki sözdən ibarətdir: maddi dəyərlər və onların üzərində güc mənasını verən "artha" (dörd puruşarthadan biri) və sanskrit sözü olan, qaydalar, elm, traktat mənasını verən "şastra".
