Xeops ehramı — qədimdə "dünyanın yeddi möcüzəsi"ndən biri sayılırdı. Piramidaların daşları təxminən 2 tondan çox ağırlığında olduğu hesab edilir və bu möhtəşəm piramidaları keçmişdə tikmək çətin olduğu üçün piramidaları "Dünyanın yeddi möcüzəsi"ndən biri kimi qələmə almışlar. Xeops ehramının tikintisinə hər biri 2,5 ton olan 2 300 000 ədəd daş sərf olunmuşdur.^[2] İlk piramida firon Coserə məxsus olmuşdur. Həmin piramidanın hündürlüyü 60 metr olmuşdur. Ən hündür piramida isə firon Xeopsa aid olmuşdur. Bu piramidanın hündürlüyü isə 147 metrdir. Herodotun verdiyi məlumata görə Xeops ehramı 20 ilə tikilmişdir. Ehramın tikintisinə firon yaşayan zaman başlanılırdı. Ehramların ətrafında əyanlar dəfn olunurdular.^[3] Ehramlar ilə yanaşı burada qayadan yonulmuş 20 metr hündürlüyündə Böyük Sfinks (başı insan başı, bədəni aslan bədəninə malik heykəl)qoyulmuşdur. Onu "Dəhşətlər atası" adlandırırlar.^[4]
