Jembot is a bot programmed from scratch in PHP and dedicated mainly to scheduled updating of templates, statistics or pages based on variable data; it can also perform other repetitive tasks, automatic or assisted, at the request of users. It was first authorized as bot in August 2010 in Wikipedia in Spanish, where its controller is administrator, and it's currently operating in various Wikimedia projects, in continuous improvement and expansion.
