Oskar Doyç Vyanada anadan olub, (25.4.1963) avstriyalı sahibkardır və 2012-ci ildən Vyana Yəhudi İcmasının (VYİ) və Avstriya Yəhudi Dini İcmalarının Federal Assosiasiyasının prezidentidir.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]

Oskar Doyç (ing. Oskar Deutsch) Vyana Amerika Beynəlxalq Məktəbində oxuyub və Vyana İqtisadiyyat və Biznes Universitetində təhsil alıb.[8][9] Ailəsinə məxsus qəhvə ticarəti şirkətində müxtəlif vəzifələrdə çalışdıqdan sonra o, idarəedici direktor vəzifəsində çalışıb.[10][11][12]
1993-cü ildən Vyanadakı Yəhudi İcmasının Mədəniyyət Şurasının üzvüdür.[13][14][15] 1999-cu ildə dini icmanın vitse-prezidenti olub. Bundan əlavə, o, "Makkabi Vyana" idman klubunun sədridir, 2011-ci ildə Vyanada keçirilən 13-cü Avropa Makkabiya Oyunlarının təşkilat komitəsinin rəhbəri olub.[16][17]
Doyç 2012-ci ildə Vyana Yəhudi İcmasının prezidenti seçilmişdir.[18][19][20]
2020-ci il noyabrın 2-də Vyana teraktından sonra Doyç bildirib ki, atışma şəhərin əsas sinaqoqunun yaxınlığında baş versə də, binanın hədəfə alınıb-alınmadığı məlum deyil.[21]
