Information about the "Users blocked from the IP Information tool" user group.
Users blocked from the IP Information tool ('no-ipinfo') are users whose access to the IP Info feature has been completely revoked. This user group can be used to remove someone's access to the tool in case of abuse, or misuse, or as a remedy following the unauthorized breach of the Wikimedia Foundation IP Information tool guidelines. Only stewards can add or remove users to or from this group and some Wikimedia Foundation staff members in privileged local or global user groups.
