Meta:Requests for CheckUser information

This page allows you to request CheckUser information on Meta.

Procedure

Please read the CheckUser policy before asking for a check.
When adding new requests, please use the {{checkuser}} template to list the user names in question and {{checkip}} for IP addresses, which simplifies investigation.
List your request at the bottom of the "Requests for Meta-Wiki only" heading.
When asking for a check we need to know:
- why do you believe that the accounts are related (please present evidence for that with the help of diffs, etc.),
- why, if the accounts are related, they are being used abusively, in violation of policy; and
- why a block or other measures can't be justified without the need of technical evidence.

Potential !vote-stacking at Wikioundation. The signature at that page is Vleygud's only edit here and one out of the three global edits since they created the account two months ago (I couldn't check the other two as they have been deleted). Plus, there are only four references to the page globally (5 results, minus one misspelling), all on Meta. The two never interacted as far as I could see. It is thus unlikely that Vleygud found out about the page by chance or by invitation.

A mitigating factor is that the edit tags don't match. The aforementioned edit by Vleygud was made using the visual editor on a mobile device and from the web interface (according to the tags). Jebbingdyle does use the visual editor, but never on a talk page, and never from a mobile device.
