Hərəkət azadlığı — insanların ölkə ərazisi daxilində bir yerdən başqa yerə getmək,[1] ölkəni tərk etmək və öz ölkəsinə maneəsiz qayıtmaq hüququ. Hərəkət azadlığı şəxsin təkcə bir yerdən başqa yerə getmək deyil, həm də sərbəst surətdə özünə yaşayış yeri seçmək azadlığını da ehtiva edir.[1][2]
