English: Translation of original description: Fandoghlou forest becomes doubly beautiful every year in the spring. From mid-May to late June, a vast plain of white chamomile flowers grows next to the beautiful Fandoghlu forest and attracts many tourists from all over Iran to this pristine natural area.
The juxtaposition of Fandoghlu forest, the plain of chamomile flowers, and the eye-catching landscapes overlooking the Heiran Pass, display a unique manifestation of beauty in the northwest of Iran. The tourism area of Namin Fandaghlou Forest is located at the intersection of the border of Ardabil and Gilan provinces, as well as the Republic of Azerbaijan. This forest is located 10 km from the city of Namin and 35 km from the city of Ardabil. Chamomile flower has unique health benefits, and its use in the form of essential oils or in tea, helps reduce stress and create relaxation. Studies have also shown that chamomile flower has effective anti-cancer activities and can be used as an adjunct drug for the treatment of cancer.فارسی: جنگل فندقلو هر سال در فصل بهار زیبایی دوچندانی پیدا میکند. از اواسط اردیبهشت تا اواخر خرداد، دشت وسیعی از گلهای سفید بابونه در کنار جنگل زیبای فندقلو میروید و گردشگران بسیاری را از سراسر ایران به این منطقه بکر طبیعی جذب میکند.
همنشینی جنگل فندقلو، دشت گلهای بابونه و مناظر چشمنواز مُشرف به گردنه حیران، جلوهای بینظیر از زیبایی را در شمال غرب ایران به نمایش میگذارد. منطقه گردشگری جنگل فندقلوی نمین در نقطه تلاقی مرز دو استان اردبیل و گیلان و همچنین کشور جمهوری آذربایجان قرار گرفته است. این جنگل در ۱۰ کیلومتری شهر نمین و ۳۵ کیلومتری شهر اردبیل واقع شده است. گل بابونه خواص درمانی منحصربهفردی دارد و استفاده از آن به شکل اسانس یا در چای، به کاهش استرس و ایجاد آرامش کمک میکند. همچنین مطالعات نشان دادهاند که گل بابونه دارای فعالیتهای ضدسرطانی مؤثری است و میتواند بهعنوان داروی کمکی برای درمان بیماری سرطان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. |
