Thus, some au-thors speak of a blood crisis.^ The Urine.—This is fre-quently high-colored and veryscanty, especially so during theheight of the disease. It alsohas a very high specific gravityand frequently contains albu-min. Acetone can also fre-quently be found in the urine.The albumin frequently dis-appears after the crisis. Thephosphates seem increased,though some authors maintainthat they are decreased duringthe ))rogress of this inflamma-tory type of disease.
