GULF OF OMAN (July 21, 2013) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the Indians of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 6 lands on the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) while the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) transits nearby. Carter Hall is part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
