Ehsan Yarşater[3] (fars. احسان يارشاطر, (3 aprel 1920[1], Həmədan[4] – 2 sentyabr 2018[2], Fresno, Fresno qraflığı, Kaliforniya) — iranlı dilçi, tarixçi və yazıçı. İran Tarixi Tədqiqatlar Mərkəzinin yaradıcısı və direktoru olmuşdur. Daha sonra ABŞ-də məskunlaşmış və Kolumbiya Universitetində İran tarixi və dili üzrə dərslər keçmiş və orada da professor olmuşdur. O həmçinin də İranika Ensiklopediyasının redaktoru olmuşdur.
