Döşlə münasibət — kişinin cinsiyyət orqanını qarşı cinsin sinəsi arasına qoyaraq stimullaşdırmaqla baş verən cinsi münasibət növü.[1][2][3] Bu cinsi əlaqə növündə İİV-ə yoluxma riski çox aşağıdır.[4] Klifford Allen tərəfindən azğınlıq kimi müəyyən edilən bu münasibət növü[5] Freyd tərəfindən normal seksin hüdudlarında təsnif edilmişdir.[6] Qadınlarda olduğu kimi kişilərdə də orqazma səbəb ola bilər.[7][8]
Ereksiya vəziyyətində olan penis qarşı cinsin sinəsi arasına yerləşdirilir və irəli-geri hərəkətə başlanılır.[9] Bundan əlavə, o da, öz növbəsində sinəsini yuxarı-aşağı hərəkət etdirərək əlaqəni idarə edə bilər. Hər ikisi münasibəti kişi boşalana qədər davam etdirilə bilər.[10]
