I cannot edit my own talk page on Polish Wikipedia (because it has been spammed repeatedly from one of the many sockpuppets used by the globally banned LTA "Wikinger"; see other talks on Commons, EN.WP, and multiple administrators boards). He is spamming other users that have also reverted his poo). I do not contribute often on this PL.WP, so I cannot revert this request above (because I'm not a "confirmed user" on this wiki), even if my SUL account exists since long. So a PL.WP admin decided to allow only confirmed users to edit my talk page (but did not allow me to edit it and delete the poo that Wikinger posted there; even if this is not visible, PL.WP admins can still look at its history to find tracks).

Wikinger has spammed me (and other users) via multiple wikis, and is very active to create new accounts that apparently escape his global permanent ban, and the permanent ban on this wiki. PL.WP admins should not delete/blank this page without first checking the history and consider tracking all his edits, even if this talk page was empty since ever.

The cause of this spam from him is the fact that I detected and signaled him on Commons and EN.WP, after he used sockpuppets trying to find an ally, until I was convinced that he was just lying (and I was alerted by other admins). Then he is ongoing an edit war against me, trying to confuse more people.

My main talk page is not here but on FR.WP, on Commons, or MetaWiki. Wikinger has made lot of havoc on multiple Wikipedia editions, Wikimedia commons, and Wikidata. He has a dedicated page tracking him and his sockpuppets on English Wikipedia and in Commons. Normally he cannot create (SUL) accounts, but was succesful in creating accounts on PL.WP, but he can also use many VPNS in many countries, and is also stealing network resources stolen abusively on large ISPs or CDN to use many IP-only connections (in IPv4 or IPv6). He is impersonating many people (including himself!) and tries to convince that he is innocent; he posts and reverts himself using another sockpuppet. Be careful if ever you see his messages: he will threaten you, will send insults, will lie to many unaware users, and if you signal him to some adminboard, he will start fighting against you and will attempt to impersonate you. Ask for assistance to admins to check everything (you may need help from "IPusers admins").

If I can reply to your messages on other wikis that I rarely visit (because my talk page on your local wiki is protected against him and does not allow users to edit it, including myself if I'm not "autoconfimed" on your local wiki where I do not contribute often enough), please contact me on FR.WP, Commons, or Meta.
