This is the userpage of a user who was a member of the Wikimedia Foundation staff or served as a contractor to the Foundation. In order to maintain a historical record, it has not been deleted. I have been working for the Wikimedia Foundation since July 2011, initially as a contractor supporting movement communications, and becoming a regular employee in May 2012. See also my staff page on the WMF wiki.

Some technical notes, mostly for myself:

• Converting wiki pages to plaintext emails
• Converting Google Docs to wikitext
• Converting Etherpads (or other plaintext files) to wiki pages (avoiding the issue that subsequent lines blend into one because MediaWiki treats newlines differently)
• Converting Google Slides to wikitext (partly applicable to PDFs as well)

Although I work for the Wikimedia Foundation, contributions under this account do not necessarily represent the actions or views of the Foundation unless expressly stated otherwise. For example, edits to articles or uploads of other media are done in my individual, personal capacity unless otherwise stated.
