I am Meow (born 20 December 1989), MA, in New Taipei, Taiwan.
I have been participating in Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects since 1 July 2004. I wrote more articles in the English Wikipedia and uploaded more files to Wikimedia Commons since the 2010s. Being a Taiwanese editor focusing more on meteorology since 2011, I have done many edits for tropical cyclones; moreover, some of the files I uploaded have been chosen as featured pictures in the English Wikipedia, such as the satellite images of Hurricane Patricia in October 2015, Typhoon Noru in July 2017, and the three hurricanes in September 2017.
Aside from meteorology, I joined the furry fandom in 2007. Chita, a website established by myself in 2004, was a furry imageboard powered by WordPress. In Wikimedia Commons, I have provided many high-quality original furry artworks designed by myself and commissioned to be drawn by several artists. On 28 January 2023, the current revision of Reconquest (image shown) featuring my persona was released.
A new personal website Meow was operational on 23 September 2020 and ultimately became my primary website since 20 November. Chita was discontinued on 21 May 2021.
Signature
My signature consists of emoji, the renaissance of Egyptian hieroglyphs, to lead the future of Wikimedia signatures.
