Ulubeyov Nurakhmed Hajibey was born on June 2, 1995 in Baku. He studied at the secondary school № 25 located at the Khatai district. After finishing school in 2012, he was admitted to the Faculty of Economics at the Baku branch of Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, and after graduation in 2016, he joined the military. On his return from military service, he had jobs in various places. Most recently, he was employed as an accountant in the Accounting and Finance Department of AzEuroTel LLC.

 On September 21, 2020, Nurakhmed was called up for active military service by the Khatai District Office of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription. As of September 27, 2020, he voluntarily joined the battles and fought on the front lines in order to prevent the attack of illegal armed groups created by Armenian separatists and aimed at fostering the national hatred and enmity in the direction of Fuzuli-Jabrayil-Khojavend regions.

As a loyal citizen of his motherland Azerbaijan, he fought for the liberation of Jabrayil and Fuzuli regions, demonstrating courage and fortitude. Nurakhmed heroically climbed to the summit of Martyrdom on October 7, 2020 in the battle for the liberation of Fuzuli region. On October 9, Ulubeyov Nurakhmed Hajibey was buried in the II Alley of Honors and Martyrs. He was awarded the Medals for the Motherland, for the release of Jabrayil and for the release of Fuzuli. He and his smile, humor and pure heart will always live in our memories.
