Hey! My name is Lenny Maidana and I study history at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). I’ve been contributing to Wikimedia projects since May 21, 2022, and I’m here to help keep open knowledge as free as possible! My main contributions here are creating, expanding, and translating articles, as well as mentoring newcomers and fighting vandalism within the community.

About me

Born and raised in Rio Grande do Sul, in the Loyal and Valiant City of Porto Alegre, I have always been interested in the areas I usually contribute to here. I am a huge fan of Guns N' Roses and everything related to rock music. I'm a human being made of flesh, bone, and soul, and my blood is gasoline!

Work

I always used Wikipedia for quick research, but I didn’t have a registered account and had never contributed to the project. Then, in 2022, I registered without much commitment, and after some trial and error, I began contributing actively. My interests are music, history, religion, politics, biographies, technology, and computer science.
