Following the arrest of Hossein Ronaghi (User:Hosseinronaghi), a free-minded individual standing firm for liberty, this page has been changed as a sign of protest and solidarity with him and with all prisoners of conscience and political prisoners held by the Islamic Republic.

Hossein, like many of us, is a fellow Wikipedian who has contributed to the vision of free knowledge for all. His voice, like the voices of countless others, cannot be silenced by prison walls.

Freedom of thought and expression is a fundamental human right.
