Araz Ahmadov, grew up in the southern region of Azerbaijan and since young age he had a passion for cooking. He was very interested in mother's food, she gave him the interest. He completed his training in 2002 and started as a salad master and did various activities until March 2005. Since June 2005, he was promoted to the kitchen in the best restaurants in Russia and neighbor countries, including 5-star hotels. In 2005, he participated in the "Ala Russian Culinary Competition" in Russia and was awarded the status of "Young Chef of the Year". At that time, the doors of the kitchen opened to him.
