About me

A lecturer, editor, and administrator on the Arabic Wikipedia, founder of the Wikipedian Light of Knowledge (WLK) Initiative (2019), and leader of the Wikipedia Education Program (WEP) in several Egyptian universities (2012-2019). Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Egypt Wikimedians User Group for the 2026-2027 term. Organizer and judge for numerous feminist and Wikipedia-related competitions and initiatives.

An editor on Wikimedia projects since 2012, starting with the Arabic Wikipedia, with notable contributions to other related projects such as Wikicommons, Wikidata, Wikiquote, Wikiversity & Wikinews.

مُحاضرة جامعية ومُحررة وإدارية في ويكيبيديا العربية منذ 2012 ومُؤسسة مُبادرة شعاع معرفي (2019) وقائدة ببرنامج ويكيبيديا للتعليم في عدة جامعات مصرية (2012-2019). رئيس مجلس أمناء مُستخدمي ويكيميديا في مصر عن دورته الحالية (2026-2027). مُنظمة ومُحكمة للعديد من المُسابقات والمُبادرات النسوية والويكيبيدية. عُضوة مُؤسسة لمجموعة "ويكي هن" وعُضوة لجنة المنح الإقليمية للشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا بمُوسسة ويكيميديا وعُضوة اللجنة التوجيهية لويكي عربية (2025-2027). أشرفت بشكل أساسي على تنظيم ويكي عربية مصر 2017، وعُضوة لجنة البرنامج بويكي عربية المغرب 2019 والإمارات 2022 ومُوتمر ويكيميديا والتعليم بإسبانيا 2019.
